All Redistricting Plans Now Posted

ALL REDISTRICTING PLANS ARE PUBLISHED: We posted most of the stuff a couple of days ago, but now, thanks to an order by the court, all of the submissions by the parties and interested members of the public in the federal redistricting lawsuit over Virginia Congressional lines are now published on the website of the Division of Legislative Services.  Check it out.  What we haven’t seen yet is all of these plans rendered on the DLS maps.  If someone else sees that, please point us in the right direction.
