I have noticed that when you take a positive step, other people tend to follow suit.   

In his view Republicans and Democrats were not enemies but were engaged in a common democratic enterprise.  Together, they defeated Communism and won The Cold War.

There is no better time to be a Republican.  Join the fight.   

Over the past few weeks I have had robust discussions with members of the Black community.  Each person knew their politics and history well – I learned a lot – and each one had been conservative for years.
