The Biden vaccine mandates are mainly directed at those WORKING Americans who are unvaccinated. However, they also apply to partially vaccinate WORKING Americans, WORKING Americans who have recovered from COVID, and WORKING Americans who have been told not to get the shot under the advice of a doctor.
If an American worker decides to remain unvaccinated, lack of a COVID passport will be considered an admission of unvaccinated status and, therefore, expose a portion of his or her personal medical history. The passport amounts to a federally mandated invasion of personal privacy that can, and logically will, result in some type of work related punishment up to and including job loss.
If an American worker is partially vaccinated and decides not to get an additional vaccine shot because of a severe allergic reaction to the first vaccine shot, they too can be threatened with loss of employment. (At a minimum they will have to obtain a medical exemption.) The Biden vaccine mandate requires full vaccination and this will presumably apply to subsequent approved booster vaccinations. One other point, Individuals who have had allergic reactions to other vaccines should be especially cautious with COVID vaccines. (Notably, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) has reported thousands of severe COVID vaccine reactions including long term disabilities and deaths. COVID vaccines now contain warning labels about some of the worst known severe reactions.)
Those American workers who recovered from COVID are not exempt from the Biden vaccine mandates and are potentially subject to employment punishment. (At a minimum they will have to obtain a medical exemption.) Recovered Americans are often told to get the vaccine shots anyway, particularly if they are suffering from long term COVID effects. However, recent reports indicate that natural immunity to COVID is far superior to vaccination. (On a personal note, I have a relative who had a severe case of COVID and was hospitalized. She recovered but suffers from long term COVID. She was told to get an additional shot of the vaccine as that would help. Unfortunately, she suffered a relapse as a result of that vaccination and continues to suffer from long term COVID.)
American workers who have pre-existing non-COVID but serious medical conditions are not exempt from the Biden vaccine mandate and are potentially subject to employment punishments. (At a minimum they will have to obtain a medical exemption.) Americans with auto-immune, blood, lung and gastrointestinal problems should consider postponing COVID vaccinations until those problems can be resolved (if at all). Unfortunately, the Biden mandates come with deadlines.
But what about those NON-WORKING Americans on welfare? The Biden vaccine mandates do not address them. There is no threat to cut or delay the welfare payments if they do not get the vaccine. (A large segment of the American welfare populace hasn’t had the vaccine. Apparently, there are a lot of people who don’t trust the Biden run government and its vaccine programs.)
What about people who have illegally entered America? It is estimated that 1 in 5 illegal immigrant children and families have COVID. The Biden vaccination mandates do not address them and their super spreader potential. (And we now have a large contingent of recently arrived Afghans who are unaffected by the Biden vaccine mandates.)
Finally, It is appropriate to question the timing of this obviously dictatorial Biden vaccine mandate. It appears to be a desperate attempt to change the subject from the Afghanistan debacle and the failing economy. After all, never let a crisis go to waste unless you are being blamed for it.
