Today Chairman of the Board Corey Stewart, along with Supervisors Maureen Caddigan and Marty Nohe filed suit against the state to overturn the decision of the of the electoral board to be permitted a primary in June. Sheriff Glen Hill also joined in the suit. More on the story here.
