On Friday the incoming 85 freshman Congressmen held a lottery to determine the order in which they would choose their new offices from the offices and suites available in the Capital. Congressman-elect Ben Cline (VA06) pulled the top number and will be first to choose his office space. He was clearly happy as seen in the photo above. More on the story here.
