It will be interesting to see if the subject of illegal immigration is discussed in this debate. It was not mentioned in the debate hosted by the Young Republicans on Wednesday night although it has been a big issue in Virginia over the last week.

It’s disappointing this is taking place on Palm Sunday, a week away from Easter Sunday. Many of us will be at church today and involved in the activities and preparations for Holy Week, and unable to attend.
I agree. The timing is not the best but perhaps this is the only time it could be scheduled because the college is not in use. The students are home for Easter Break.
Jeanine,
I’m not sure what the point of discussing illegal immigration would be , the discussion always seems to devolves into a angry debate over the symptoms rather the point of failure in the system that needs to be addressed.
Many voters want to know how their Congressman will vote on illegal immigration and what his solutions will be if he’s in Congress.
