It was a great night for Ted Cruz, coming in first or second in every primary and caucus.
Cruz dominated in Kansas winning 48.2% of the vote, Trump had less than half that at 23.3, followed by Rubio at 16.7% and Kasich at 10.7%.
In Maine Cruz won with 45.9% of the caucus vote, again followed by Trump with 32.6% of the vote. Kasich got 12.2% of the vote and Rubio trailed with 8% of the vote in Maine.
In Kentucky Cruz in a close contest where Trump had 35.1% of the vote, Cruz 31.4%, Rubio 16.9% and Kasich 14.9%.
Bernie Sanders won in Nebraska and Kansas. Hillary is projected to win in Louisiana.
Once again, Ted Cruz dominates when only party members vote for their nominee. It’s easy to see how Cruz would have won in Virginia if only the State Central Committee would have allowed us to have a convention.
