Republicans are no longer the party of the rich. Democrats are the party of the very wealthy and the very poor. Republicans are the party for the rest of us, those in the middle, with jobs. Statewide Democrats are outraising all Republican candidates. From VPAP.org.
Where the money is coming from, also from VPAP.org:
Kind of looks like the rich are funding our elections. Gee, why would that be? What could they possibly want?

The only person I have given money to in the last 15 years is Bob Marshall and Dick Black.
As we saw in the GA-6 special, “Where” the money comes from, is slightly more important than “How Much”. If the vast majority of one party’s candidates money is coming from outside of the state, it won’t have nearly the impact of the money raised from within the state. In-state donations also have voters attached to them.
Big businesses and the very wealthy are following the culture to the left and it’s been showing with their candidate donations since 2008. They have been strongly supporting pro-amnesty policies and anti-traditional marriage viewpoints, so they feel very comfortable with the Democrats. Some are even strongly supporting Planned Parenthood.
Money ain’t as important as it used to be. If the message is right, and they actually get out and talk to the people, they can easily overcome the funding shortfall. President Trump proved that. I just met John Adams the other day, and he definitely has a fantastic message! He also exudes a character of someone you can trust to defend the Virginia Constitution, unlike the current knucklehead AG that feels entitled to run again! Unfortunately, I haven’t seen Ed or Jill in my neck of the woods. I hope them two do a better job of campaigning as we get closer to November.
I with you on Adams, Gillespie is a big fat NO.
1) I want policy on EO24.
2) at LU Debate Gillespie said he would cut DPOR Regulations to create jobs, Ok which regs?
What is expected job growth?
I am a licensed builder , I want to see the scope of the work to be done.
Remember “Joe the Plumber” , Obama said to him he wanted to spread the wealth. Currently with comments from Gillespie at the LU Debate he want to redistribute Va. Jobs.
Republicans give 25 Million illegal aliens “Homeland Security”
They always talk about jobs, but jobs for who? Usually this means jobs for more immigrants and others from outside Va while those of us already here remain unemployed or underemployed.
