Hillary’s statements today did little to damper down speculation about her private email account while Secretary of State.  This is an excellent blog post about the 4 takeaways from Hillary’s press conference today.  My takeaway, Hillary’s got much more ‘splaining to do before this is over.  Some fact checking on Hillary’s statements about her emails can be found here.  Â

This is a potential open door to the “pay for play” machinations of the Clinton Foundation and it’s past and current interactions and monetary exchanges with agents of foreign national governments which is potentially far more politically damaging to her then the Secatary of State who works out of her home office meme they are trying to sell to the media. I believe the Clinton’s may not be aware that given todays state of the art digital forensic computer tools and software analysis techniques the “delete” key is an obsolete concept. This unsophisticated behavior regarding email usage has opened the doors to subpoenas that could be thier undoing.
Meh, this will fizzle. Not that it’s not important. It’s just not that important. I haven’t seen any sign of genuine outrage except those that are already outraged by Hillary. There’s no real scandal here, as much as I’d like to state the contrary…
sigh. you are probably correct. sadly
At this point, we do not know whether or not there is a real scandal, do we?
Hahaha. Here’s the “nuthin to see here..move along” apologist. Several direct breaches of conduct, one rising to the level of a felony. If the server is subpoenaed, this is over. As the poster says above…forensics makes that delete button moot. And if the computer or hard drive are destroyed, that’s a hell of an issue for the indie voter. Only liberals/ koolaid drinkers will back her…and there aren’t enough of them to get her elected.
