Paul Goldman, an attorney, and former state chair of the Democrat party in Virginia is suing the state to have an election this year for the House of Delegates using the newly redistricted maps. If he prevails the delegates would run three years in a row, 2021, 2022 and 2023. The courts could decide the case as early as next week.
