Some folks in Virginia thought Terry McAulliffe’s win for Governor would assure Hillary a win here in 2016. That does not appear to be the case. Hillary’s future in Virginia is tied to the popularity of President Obama. According to the latest Quinnipiac poll in three key swing states Hillary’s unfavorable ratings are matched almost exactly to Obama’s disapproval ratings. [read_more]
-
Clinton’s unfavorable ratings are 56 percent in Colorado, 56 percent in Iowa and 50 percent in Virginia;
-
Obama’s job disapproval ratings are 56 percent in Colorado, 56 percent in Iowa and 51 percent in Virginia.
“”These numbers argue that whoever wins, the Democratic nominee needs President Obama to improve his standing with voters, at least in these three states.”

If the two federal inspector generals are granted their request to open a criminal investigation by the DOJ she may be finished. She will not disappear over night of course but develop an exit strategy that protects the Clinton Foundation, the family cash manufacturing machine, and build a scenario that lays the blame at the feet of a grand right wing conspiracy. Media Matters and the NYT will synchronize the bogus talking points and the exit strategy will be unfolded – Hillary the victim hounded from the race by those right wing meanies. No one of course with an IQ above warn tap water will buy any of this but its not intended for the general public but the brain dead progressive wing of the Democratic party and as a face saving mechanism for the Clinton Mafia.
I frankly don’t see the Obama administration jumping in to save her bacon as the narcissist-in-chief will be consumed for the remainder of his term polishing his distinctly tarnished legacy, making sure the path for WWIII is well positioned and coming up with a sneaky, but effective strategy to circumvent the second amendment while he still has a comatose Republican majority to assist him. Hillary is on her own. This should be potentially good news for the Republican Party but I have little doubt they will come up with a way to blow any advantage in short order even if they end up facing the “Mensa candidate” Joe (big f’ing deal) Biden. The tell here is Virginia’s own Terry McAuliffe as he will definitely get the early warning message the eject button has been hit.
