How did Virginia go from a very red state to blue? In 2000 and 2004 there was never any doubt that George Bush would carry Virginia, after all Virginia hadn’t voted for a Democrat for President since LBJ in 1964. Then Obama won Virginia, twice, and according to the latest polls, Hillary is up 12/13 points over Trump. How did this happen so quickly?
