How often are incumbents in the House of Delegates defeated?

Don’t forget that the nationwide Dems throw tones of money into some of these races just to prove that they are mad. Like the Transgender person that defeated Marshall. Unfortunate, but we should have shored him up when we saw tens of thousands of outside activist dollars coming from outside activist interests for a small local race. Of course they tried that in Ga. and Montana (?) and some other state and it dind’t work. Unfortunately, it finally did this time with our unfortunate state.
