Former Delegate, and child predator, Joe Morrissey failed to qualify to run in the 16th Senate District Democratic primary. He needed 250 signatures on his primary petitions. He submitted 972 signatures but five pages were ruled invalid when two pages were found to be duplicates, one page had no dates with the signatures and two more pages were signatures collected by a convicted felon whose voting rights had not been restored. (You meet the nicest people when serving jail time.)
You can’t make this stuff up.
