The Virginia Court of Appeals has blocked persecutors from pursuing felony charges against Joe Morrissey, charges associated with his previous misdemeanor convictions for having sex with his teenage employee who later gave birth to his child. The felony case has been thrown out and cannot be appealed. It’s done. More here.

Joe Morrissey has once again bounced back and remains on the ballot in the 16th Senate district state against Senator Rosalyn R. Dance, (D-Petersburg). Less than two weeks ago Joe Morrissey announced he was suspending his campaign for senate because of health problems. But he has put nothing in writing to the electoral board and therefore he remains on the ballot. More here.
