The latest Wason Center (Christopher Newport University) gubernatorial poll was released today. Results showed Amanda Chase in the lead for Republicans with 17%, followed by Kirk Cox with 10% of the vote, Pete Snyder with 6%, and the new guy on the block, Glenn Youngkin with just 3%. A whopping 55% of Republicans are undecided.
On the Democrat side, former Governor Terry McAuliffe leads with 26% followed by Lt Governor Justin Fairfax with 12%, Delegate Jennifer Carroll and Senator Jennifer McClellan are at 4% each. Delegate Lee Carter has just 1%. 49% of Democrats are undecided.
