Today TBE writer Dave Webster filed a lawsuit seeking to compel the Virginia House of Delegates Speaker Eileen Filler-Corn to comply with a lawful Freedom of Information (FOIA) request. Webster previously wrote about his request here.
The Writ of Mandamus was filed in the City of Richmond General District Court by Virginia Beach Attorney Tim Anderson. A hearing is scheduled for August 17, 2020.
