Governor McAuliffe has started a “Democratic Victory Fund” to go against Trump and other Republicans this year and in 2020. This comes after much speculation that McAuliffe will run for the Democrat nomination for President in 2020.  (Perhaps Tim Kaine will get to run for Vice President again.)
Governor McAuliffe’s memo:
The elections in Virginia this November are critical to our future. We’ve seen what President Trump and Republicans in Washington are trying to do to our nation, and this is our chance to fight back.
Just last week we got the abysmal Congressional Budget Office score for the American Health Care Act, aka Trumpcare, which would doom millions of Americans. When Trumpcare is combined with Trump’s proposed budget, it’s crystal clear Virginians are at high risk from his reckless, extremist agenda.
So, will you stand with Gov. McAuliffe and Virginia Democrats and help fight back? We’re launching our Democratic Victory Fund to make sure our candidates have what they need to take on Trump’s radical schemes and win in November.
We must get the message out to every corner of the Commonwealth that Trump’s distorted values are not Virginia values. And we must hold Republicans accountable for these disastrous policies and do everything we can to make sure Democrats up and down the ballot are ready to win in November.
Will you step up right away? We’re looking to add $20,000 in online grassroots donations to our Democratic Victory Fund before our major end-of-month budget deadline at midnight tomorrow.
Thank you for standing with Gov. McAuliffe and Virginia Democrats as we get ready to fight back.
Team McAuliffe

That picture – MY EYES MY EYES IM BLINDED FOR LIFE
“You poor Virginians who have lost so much to President Trump, send me $20,000.00, so I can help.”
No, I will not contribute ANY of my families hard earned money to combat my President.
Governor McAuliffe your implementation of EO24 shows that you are engaged in protecting Va. jobs being lost to illegal employment and illegal contracting.
Republicans you could step up and contribute to broadening the base just
take Delegate Randall Minchew HB253 and add a requirement for the license applicant to obtain a Va. Employment Commission Accounts.
Add this because you apparently see need for worker comp insurance or is the insurance industry in your back pocket, ( bought apparently paid for ).
HB253 is inadequate legislation without tax ID. and VEC Account requirements.
I am a Trump supporter and he is a softie on immigration , he will not go after illegal employment .
It is a Class 6 Felony caught 3 times without a Contractor’s license.
In Va. Licensed Contractors ARE allowed to employee individuals as unlicensed subcontractors in spite of
1) Va. Statute 54.1-1100
2) The Va Employment Compensation Act
3) JLARC 427
4) McAuliffes Executive order 24
Does the career candidate Ed Gillespie know JLARC 427? He has not spoke of payroll fraud. No concern for Va. jobs there.
Are these jobs at the Va. General Assembly?
HB253 Requires you to purchase insurance? WTF,
no tax account requirement.
Just broaden the insurance market with Republican Goverment mandates.
Still proud of your choice? Wow. just Wow
