Joan rivers dying is sad this is a good thing when corrupt politicians get caught. I agree that immunity should not be given but they wanted the big fish. Anything involving Williams should be sung out until he is a outcast, no mercy!
Prosecutors and FBI news conference w/i next 5 minutes.

This is so sad for the Commonwealth and the McDonnell family. First Governor of VA to be convicted while Jonnie Williams walks away.
Only thing that is sad is that other crooks continue to run the government
Reports say McDonnell turned down a plea deal for one count.
the last deal, based on my memory of the WaPo article, was that the Gov plead guilty to one of the bank fraud charges–a felony; resign from office; no jail time; Maureen not charged at all.
Lots of sobbing in the court room. Sentencing in January? That’s what I heard. Looks like they will be in jail when their first grandchild is born. How sad for Jeanine McDonnell and the other children.
Doubtful they will serve any jail time until all appeals have been exhausted.
Stop pretending to care about their kids. you show more compassion for them then you do fr our under paid teachers and public workers who are not crooks.
