On Monday Virginia became the second state, after Kansas, to close K-12 public schools for the remainder of the school year. We wrote about that the Governor’s other announcements here.
The Washington Post has a good article about what was announced on Monday by the Governors of Maryland and Virginia here. Maryland Governor Hogan has closed all non-essential businesses but Virginia’s Governor has not yet gone that far.
