Senator Black’s Senate Bill, SB 48, allows any eligible person in the Commonwealth to carry a concealed handgun without a permit. Earlier today, Senator Black reported this good news,
My bill making the 2nd Amendment the only concealed carry permit you need just passed the Courts of Justice Committee a few minutes ago by a vote of 7 – 5.
Republicans on the committee supported the bill, Democrats did not. Vote details here.

The State of Virginia does not gain its authority from the Federal Government. The Second Amendment restricts the federal Congress’ actions.
The Country/State of Virginia protects its citizens’ rights all by itself. Here, Senator, let me help you do your job. Incorporation Doctrine is a cancer eating away at our freedom.

Thank you, Sen. Black!!
