In the Tree Streets neighborhood of Waynesboro VA police are searching for those responsible for grabbing neighborhood pet cats and shaving their stomach, groin, and legs. These cats all wore collars and were well taken care of.
Some people thought it might be a citizen eager to spay and neuter cats but that is not the case as some of the cats have been shaved several times and the cats are not strays or feral cats.
Last year we had scary clown sightings, this year we have shaved cats. You can’t make this stuff up.
