Speaker Paul Ryan doesn’t have the votes to pass the healthcare plan and it will not be voted on. Ryan will make the announcement at 4:00. At 3:00 Trump agreed to pulling the bill. There will be no vote and this bill will have to be re-written. It’s a big failure for Trump.
