What’s cool about Texas

ONE OF THE BEST THINGS ABOUT TEXAS is that they do things like this: “Texas Gov. Greg Abbott posthumously awarded the Texas Legislative Medal of Honor to Chief Petty Officer Chris Kyle and Lieutenant Colonel Ed Dyess Wednesday.”  The state awards military decorations for Texas military heroes.  In this case, there are none more deserving of the honor than Kyle (of American Sniper fame) and Dyess (hero of the Bataan Death March, and subsequent escapee from the Japanese).  Check it out.
