I have have complained for years about the number of bills introduced each year. Waste of my time. The law firms/lobbyists with corporate checkbooks are in charge. Of course, the corporate owned, corruption based, mainstream media oversee’s it. The media provides the cover while all the dirty deals are done. If anybody steps out of line to far, the media can create fake news headlines and destroy them. With corporate approval of course, any woman can just just walk up to a microphone and make any unproven accusations from decades ago and destroy a crooked politicians career. They are all crooked. Every single one.
It’s all about the cabbage. The crooked media can take a criminal, high on illegal drugs, resisting arrest, flip him into a national hero with statues in a park, while they destroy law enforcement and jail him for the rest of his life.
How many of those bills advanced the cause of individual liberty, and made government less intrusive in our lives?
1) More laws isn’t a good thing. There are better ways to measure the effectiveness of legislators.
2) For the first time ever, Eric makes some sense. Hang in here Eric. Keep learning.
From the anti-TBE Blue Virginia… In a 2017 poll, by an 83%-15% margin economists agreed: “Providing state and local subsidies to build stadiums for professional sports teams is likely to cost the relevant taxpayers more than any local economic benefits that are generated”
Hey, Jeanine! Did you see how LaRick voted for the football stadium authority bill? He wants to not only build a stadium in Loudoun but have us pay for it!! Great job voting him in again!!
Hey Eric! That’s a lie! Please stop posting this misinformation. Dave LaRock voted against the stadium bill,https://lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/legp604.exe?221+vot+HV1361+SB0727 If you post this lie again, it will be deleted.
Jeanine, he voted against the SENATE version of the bill. He voted FOR the HOUSE version HB1353 (the originating legislation). I told no lie and I think you owe me an apology. Now tell me why LaRock voted FOR the Virginia Football Stadium Authority bill HB1353?
You can censor me and ban me for speaking the truth. It will not stop me from speaking the truth.
You will not speak your ‘truth’ if I ban you! You’ll have to bother people elsewhere.
You spoke a half-truth. LaRock voted no on the stadium bill that mattered.
Feel free to leave anytime and head on over to Blue Virginia. You’ll feel more comfortable there and you will be much more popular.
I spoke the full truth. I said he voted for the Stadium bill and he did. You do know HB1353 is in committee right now along with SB0727, right? They are negotiating the finer points and it is indeed heading for passage. There is little difference between the two. I am surprised you are not concerned with Dave’s support of the House version….
Fact Check: Bullshit Erica, pronoun She It. But… I am with you for once on NO F..ing stadium paid for by Virginia taxpayers to benefitted that nasty little turd Snyder. NO. NO NO. Nova doesn’t need that stadium for jobs or wealth. You have plenty of both with the fed gumment and its contractors. And what benefits the rest of the state for another thing in Nova? Nothing.. Tell that creepy little scumbag to stick his stadium elsewhere..
Yes! Put the stadium somewhere other than Loudoun County!
No bull, Tippy!! LaRock voted for the Virginia Football Stadium Authority bill HB1353. He voted against the Senate version of the bill. Check those facts!! No we don’t want a football stadium anywhere near Loudoun and I certainly don’t want to pay for it. LaRock voted for just that. Again see HB1353.
