Within the past few days, one of the Democrat Party’s previously shining stars uttered the following indictment of the modern democrat party:
“I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party – which is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness. The Democrats of today divide us by racializing every issue, stoking anti-white racism, and actively working to undermine our God-given freedoms enshrined in our Constitution. The Democrats of today are hostile to people of faith and spirituality. They demonize the police and protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans. The Democrats of today believe in open borders and weaponize the national security state to go after political opponents. Above all else, the Democrats of today are dragging us ever closer to nuclear war.” Tulsi Gabbard
To date, no major Democrat leader has denied the totality of this statement. They have said that Gabbard “was never really a Democrat” or “ is a Traitor to the Party”, but no one has said that Gabbard is wrong or even pointed out a single word that they would challenge. (Of note, billionaire Fashion Designer and Musician Kanye West (YE) more or less matched the sentiments of Gabbard – although he said it less eloquently on the Tucker Carlson show.)
The obvious question is what is Gabbard going to do. At this point, she appears to be a MAGA Independent. Certainly not Democrat and apparently uncomfortable with being a Republican.
It is worthy of note that the Democrat Party has evolved from the Party of Slavery, to the Party of the Working Man and Woman, to the Party of Welfare handouts, and now to the Party of global socialism. (There has always been a strain of communism and socialism within the Democrat Party, but it was generally hidden because of connections to NAZI Socialism and Russian Communism. This is no longer the case as they are out and proud of their anti-American, anti-Constitution, anti-Citizen, and anti-Rule of Law behavior.)
The upcoming 2022 election and 2024 Presidential elections could not be more significant.
