Al Aitken Endorses Vince Haley

The vice chairmen are elected by the State central committee at the first meeting after the RPV state convention every four years. This means they will likely be elected in June. There are two Western VC’s and two Eastern VC’s. They have a vote at the SCC. Their duties are defined in the party plan as: “The Vice Chairmen’s primary duties shall be to give organizational assistance to the Official Committees in their respective portions of the State and to discharge such other duties as may be assigned by the State Chairman.”
