A motion has filled in Virginia for an injunction to block former Trump from the ballot next year.
From Wric.com:
“The motion, which was filed on Monday, Dec. 18 in district court in Alexandria by Roy L. Perry-Bey of Hampton, alleges that Trump is “constitutionally ineligible under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment” to run for federal office “based on his engagement in insurrection against the United States” following the 2020 presidential election.“
Map of states having filed similar motions can be seen above.

So Trump has to be removed from the ballots, put in the poorhouse, jailed for the rest of his life or outright assassinated, otherwise he might be elected president again and ruin our democracy? Is that it?
Sounds about right. Why do they hate him SO MUCH??
Suppose they gave an election and no republicans came?
And now you know why the uniparty has so many gop candidates in the running they all know the fix is in!
Welcome to the USSA
According to Jim Dueholm of Washington, the insurrection clause of the 14th Amendment does not apply to the president, who is not an “`officer of the United States.'” (The Washington Times Letter to the Editor, Dec. 22) That language “refers to presidential appointees.” Thus, Dueholm argues, the insurrection clause cannot be used against Trump. He further argues the impeachment clause
language “draws a clear distinction between a president and `officers of the United States.'”
If he’s left off ballots, it will be time for a National Divorce!
Yes!
