By voting in favor of H.R. 8296, then-Representative Abigail Spanberger voted in favor of legislatively infringing on the federal judicial power and usurping it by legislative fiat, contrary to U.S. Constitution, Article III.

If Abigail Spanberger is unwilling to be candid and transparent during her campaign about what she actually voted for in H.R. 8296, why should Virginians expect her to be actually committed to “restoring trust in Virginia’s state government” and being candid and transparent with Virginians if she is elected Virginia’s governor?
