Circuit Court Judge Jack Hurley has ruled against the Democrats’ plan to redistrict this year. He has ruled that the Democrats did not follow the law in their attempts to make Virginia 10 to 1 in democrat Congressional seats. His ruling is here.

Excellent news. Unfortunately the democrat traitors will immediately appeal to the 4th Circus and it’s anyone’s guess as to how they will rule. If they uphold the judge it’s game over. There won’t be enough time to seek an emergency stay from SCOTUS. Pray that they do the right thing.
This was a ruling by a local magistrate hand-picked by Republican legislators. The case will now go to the VA Supreme Court where the ruling will be overturned and the April 21 election ordered.
I read the comments by the democrat traitors accusing us of “judge-shopping”. Somehow it’s OK when they do it to interfere with Trump’s Executive Orders but not OK when we find a judge willing to uphold the VA Constitution? You are foolish.
