Contest: When will the Shutdown End? What's Your Best Guess?

When will the furlough end and how will it end?  My best guess is Tuesday the 8th at 2:30 pm when John Boehner throws in the towel, and announces that it’s over.  He will be forced to admit that Obama will never compromise.  It’s not in Obama’s makeup.  He’s never had to compromise and he won’t now.

What’s your best guess?  Very cheap prizes, and drinks with tiny umbrellas, to be awarded to the commenter who comes closest to predicting the date and time of the end of the Government Shutdown.  Bonus points for predicting how it will end.  Who caves?  What changes?
