It appears that the Democrat Authoritarians plan to use the remaining two years of the Biden “Administration” to infect the entire federal government with Equity Communism. Using his executive power, Biden has created a new “White House Steering Committee on Equity” that will be managed by Susan Rice from the Obama Administration.
The intent is a makeover of the federal government to promote “racial equity”. No agency will be spared the requirement to annually submit “Equity Action Plans”. Agency Equity Teams will have the power and funding to transform every organization of the federal government. The AETs will promote training and judge leadership based on equity goals.
This reminds me of a situation a few decades ago during the Clinton Administration. Only in that case it was women’s equality rather than racial equity.
A friend of mine told me a story about a women’s equality training session he attended. The highly paid teachers were radical feminists who deliberately insulted the men in the class. At one point near the end of the class, the “teachers” lined up the women and demanded that the men “walk the gauntlet” between them. The women were supposed to grope the men so that men would know how it feels to be groped.
Things did not go as planned.
The women in the class protested and refused to participate in crotch and butt grabbing. The men treated the gauntlet as a joke – one man saying that it had been a long time since he had had a good grope. Both groups went to their respective bosses to protest the class. The women stated that they were embarrassed, humiliated, disgraced and intended to launch an official complaint with the EEO office. The men stated that everyone regardless of sex was mistreated by the radical feminist teachers and the entire thing was disgusting. Of course, the jokes continued.
The women’s equality training classes were quickly stopped.
It looks like the Democrat Authoritarians are back in action – only this time with racial equity. The class designers and teachers will likely use Critical Race Theory as the basis for any class design and to judge competency in leadership. If the debacle of the women’s equality training course is a relevant example, it is likely that the racial equity classes will be “crazy” (to quote Governor Sarah Huckabee).
Americans have suffered for over two years with the Biden administration’s destructive policies. It looks like there will be more of the same or worse. So let’s call all this what it is – Equity Communism with its intended destruction of America.
