After 100 pro Hamas protesters were arrested at Virginia Tech and 13 at VCU, Governor Youngkin said:
“Across the Commonwealth we’ve seen student and significant non-student participants, throw projectiles at law enforcement, violate the policies of our colleges and universities, obstruct and disrupt student life and endanger public safety,” Youngkin said early Tuesday morning. “After repeated warnings and refusal to disperse, law enforcement must protect Virginians. My administration will continue to fully support campus, local and state law enforcement and university leadership to keep our campuses safe.”
Of course Democrat leadership in the commonwealth are very supportive of the pro Palestine demonstrators:
“Freedom of speech and the right to protest are rights protected by the United States Constitution. Full stop,” said Del. Rozia Henson, D-Prince William. “Arresting students for exercising their constitutionally protected rights to peacefully assemble and protest violence erodes confidence in our own governmental institutions and must be closely scrutinized.”
Former Speaker of the House of delegates spoke out against Democrat lawmakers who support the protestors:
“I was disappointed, but not surprised, to see some Democratic legislators endorse these anti-Semitic agitators,” Gilbert said. “Barricades and assaults on police are not merely innocent, non-violent protests, and ‘from the river to the sea’ messages demonstrate hateful and genocidal intentions.”
VCU also responded:
“University staff and police respectfully and repeatedly asked individuals to comply with policies throughout the day. After the tents and structures went up, officers provided four mass warnings to individuals who chose not to leave the encampment.
“Officers from VCU Police, Richmond Police and Virginia State Police were on the scene, and RPD declared the gathering an unlawful assembly.
“Individuals who chose not to leave threw objects and used chemical spray on officers. Officers used pepper spray to disperse the crowd. VCU Police report that officers did not use other chemical agents, such as tear gas.
“Overall, 13 individuals were arrested and charged with unlawful assembly and trespassing. Six of those arrested were students; these students will proceed normally through the university’s student conduct process.
“VCU will enforce its directive that prohibits encampments, including the installation of structures and stockpiling items that could be used to build a structure or aid an encampment. This will be done to comply with our policies and to support allowing students, faculty and staff to complete the semester successfully.”
I’ve read about so many universities canceling graduations because of these protestors. How unfair it is that many of these graduating seniors had no graduation ceremonies from high schools because of Covid restrictions and now these pro Hamas and anti-Israel protests are denying them their college graduations. Some students work very hard in college and they deserve to be able to celebrate with their fellow graduates, but the protestors are preventing that. Sad.

There will be many contradictions within these clowns, one being;
The set up perimeters/walls, I thought they want open borders.
Very Patriotic Leadership by Bob Good 🇺🇸 in not supporting so called; “border funding” because TraitorJoe would have used it to fly & bus more of them into Richmond.
These aren’t protests. They are well orchestrated terrorist attacks intent on creating chaos in the USA.
If the UniParty Republicans & Demoncrats are successful in re-electing MexiJoe we should expect armed motorized paragliders to attack campuses all over America during his second term.
Take America Back
Trump & Good 2024 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
hopefully, the students denied a graduation ceremony will remember that the democrats did this.
No media coverage for these extremists! It’s free publicity and will only contribute to a fad mentality because with the exception of a few, these protestors see this as a social event and have no knowledge of the history of this situation!
