Greg Abbott: Protecting Americans Because Biden Won’t

written by Guest Contributor Kerry Dougherty January 26, 2024

Beto O’Rourke – remember him? – is not a lawyer. Then again, neither am I.

But even this former English major understands that what the U. S. Supreme Court did this week was lift a lower court injunction that stopped the feds from dismantling Texas Gov. Abbotts’ razor wire along the border. It did not enjoin Abbott from installing more.

Nevertheless, this Texas blowhard Tweeted:

On the other hand, I have no doubt that this same legal genius is probably delighted that President Biden is defying a SCOTUS decision that stopped his administration from “forgiving” student debt.

In O’Rourke’s partisan-warped brain, pandering to people who took on debt is good. Stopping an invasion at the Southern border is not.

Hypocrisy, thy name is Beto. Actually his name is not Beto. It’s Robert Francis O’Rourke. But this dopey rich boy believes this nickname makes him sound Hispanic.

Most people are not so easily fooled.

In fact Greg Abbott is doubling down on his efforts to protect his state and the rest of the country from the flood of fentanyl, drug cartels, gang members, terrorists and human trafficking that is pouring into the U.S., courtesy of the feckless Biden administration, which has led the country into a constitutional crisis.

On Wednesday Abbott released the following explanation:

No sooner had Abbott released that powerful statement than a number of other governors voiced their support. At last count, there were 25.

Among the first was our governor, Glenn Youngkin:

Republicans need to keep the spotlight on what practically amounts to treason by the Biden administration’s border policy.

If Dems have their way, November will be about nothing but abortion.

Sad, but the Democrat Party has turned into a death cult, preoccupied with abortion, euthanasia, child mutilation and sterilization. It favors re-installing revolving doors on prisons and allowing unvetted illegal aliens in the country with no regard for the safety of Americans.

There’s only one way to stop this descent into chaos. Vote them out of office in November.

Paul Craig Roberts said the following in his latest essay:I have come to the depressing conclusion that the white ethnicities that constituted the nations of Western Civilization have degenerated into such insouciance and stupidity that they have no possibility of survival.

They sit mindlessly in front of TV absorbing their brainwashing and indoctrination.

They can’t pay their rent, mortgage or car payments, but they pay endlessly for care of immigrant-invaders who are overwhelming their communities with material needs.

In the US, North Carolina, once a Southern state, now an immigrant staging ground, has given over its high schools to serve as immigrant-invader “resettlement areas.” To Hell with the North Carolina taxpayers. Immigrant-invaders’ rights preempt those of North Carolina taxpayers, whose majority white population, according to the narrative, consists of white supremacist racists exploiters.

Hey EC Coleman you useful Democrat douchebag… This is from the US Border Patrol Union. They see the border every day. Unlike your stupid opinion you moron..

Rank-and-file BP agents appreciate and respect what TX has been doing to defend their state in the midst of this catastrophe that the Biden Admin has unleashed on America.

We want to be perfectly clear, there is no fight between rank-and-file BP agents and the TX NG, Gov. Abott, or TX DPS. It may make flashy headlines, but it simply isn’t true.

That is there statement you crap for brained liberal boomer… The disaster that the Biden administration has created… Stuff that up your stupid bunghole..

“God who gave us life gave us liberty. Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are the gift of God? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that his justice cannot sleep forever. Commerce between master and slave is despotism.
Thomas Jefferson

With some the word liberty may mean for each man to do as he pleases with himself, and the product of his labor; while with others the same word may mean for some men to do as they please with other men, and the product of other men’s labor. Here are two, not only different, but incompatible things, called by the same name — liberty. And it follows that each of the things is, by the respective parties, called by two different and incompatible names — liberty and tyranny.
Abraham Lincoln

MS Jeanine,
Thanks once again for allowing me to use the American Constitutional Right of Free Speech to post the facts what I know, who knew it and when.
Please take this in;
When did the Va AFLCIO President know?
As early as December 2102?
I say YES!
How about Virginia Diamond?

Maybe one day you and I will meet and I can personally thank you for your patience and grace that you have given me. This has been an example of true Virginia Hospitality.
Thank you for your American Patriotism and Loyalty!
Sincerely,
🇺🇸

This is the story Republicans are going with.

27% of human trafficking is used in domestic labor.
States do have the right for interior enforcement of labor laws, it’s weather the Governor & AG have the courage to muster some moral fortitude but this may mean that they have to throw the “for deposit only check stamp” they have.

Why isn’t Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin calling for E-Verify Legislation (including the 1099 recipient) in our 2024 General Assembly Session ?

Va. Governor Glenn Youngkin sends Va National Guard to the Texas Border to assist in the invasion of folks from all over the world including those who have been released on terror charges still wanting to do harm to innocent American Civilians. Ok
Ted Cruz now has passion and has exhibits that in his recent Senatorial News Conference;
“This supplemental bill is a kamikaze plane in a box canyon with no exit headed for a train wreck.” Ted Cruz

Now if Glenn Youngkin only exhibited that amount of forethought before he signed Va SB121
https://lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/legp604.exe?221+sum+SB121
Governor Glenn Youngkin may send Va National Guard Troops to the Texas Border to assist in stopping the flow of illegals entering America yet in 2022 he signed a bill into law which allows for the unregulated, untaxed employment of the “got aways”
Tell our Red Vested Republican that he should publicly call for the amendment of his law to include;
The employer issuing a 1099 to employ “independent contractors” to submit along with their I-9, Certificate of Liability, Certificate of Workers Compensation AND their
Va Employment Commission Tax ID Number

Now as a youth I didn’t help my family restaurant like Youngkin but I do know payroll and quarterly reports so;
How do Glenn Youngkin’s “got aways” file their Form-VA 5 without a VEC tax ID number?
And no Glenn Youngkin cannot keep illegal aliens from working on State Funded Construction or Infrastructure Jobs.

Virginia is for Lovers,
of Illegal Immigration

Why did I vote for Youngkin? January 27, 2024 at 11:40 am

SB121, Glenn Youngkin providing jobs for HIS Virginia illegal immigrant criminals. Then trying to steal favorable media coverage that belongs to the honorable Texas Governor Gregg Abbot? Plain and simple. Contractors 1099ing Youngkin/Biden/Trump illegals who are criminals, (see link) and cannot even speak english. What would happen if they required these 1099 contractor subcontractor criminals to prove US citizenship? If you enter this country illegally, you are a criminal. (See Link) Why are criminals allowed to work as unlicensed subcontractors for subcontractors by Youngkin?

“Illegal Entry”/8 U.S.C. § 1325 makes it a crime to unlawfully enter the United States. It applies to people who do not enter with proper inspection at a port of entry, such as those who enter between ports of entry, avoid examination or inspection, or who make false statements while entering or attempting to enter.”

I voted for Youngkin, Sears, Miyares, can somebody please tell me why I did so? I do not do drugs, rarely take a drink, so it wasn’t that, so please tell me why I voted for Glenn Youngkin? I guess other Virginians’s forgot/don’t know why they voted for Youngkin either as evidenced by the last November election by the losses Republican suffered in the Virginia GA? Now, just look at the Virginia House and Senate.

I voted for Youngkin also and my only reason was because of McAuliffe’s; “we’re not going to let parents”…..
My vote was unselfishly for our future children and parents.
It was a given that DeSteph would vote for it, he has a record of obstructing our government from conducting investigations.
I expect simple ignorance and $$$ had something to do with th other R&D’s voting for it.
I have been graciously allowed to specifically comment of my own free will what I know on this here at TBE and been doing so since the McDonnell/Cuccinelli Administration.
I did sit back and watched this bill go through and laughed at the amount of stupidity without saying anything but their big boys.
Don’t regret voting for Youngkin, it’s now his voters responsibility to hold him and our AG responsible for their part and never let them hold a publicly elected position again and believe “me” McAuliffe knew illegal aliens were operating “illegally as unlicensed subcontractors” as early as February 2013, that’s nine months before he was elected Governor and waited until July,1st of 2015 to implement his interdepartmental communication policy for Virginia’s Employee Misclassification Task Force.

Now what is needed in Virginia is a Major Amendment to the Virginia Employment Compensation Act.

In the working man’s world we hold ourselves accountable by one thought;
“It’s not how you screw up but how you fix your screw ups”
On Youngkin;
We are now afforded the opportunity to see if he cleans up his mess or profits from it.
And if he sends Va National Guard to the border he should go himself to stand beside them every day in an attempt to make this right.

Greg Abbott for President! Now there is someone that I could support for the White House. If Glenn Youngkin really wants to support Greg Abbott, then he should shut up, and start putting up razor wire around Virginia.

You know I do so very much agree with you.
The value of employing them in Virginia just increased for the initial employer and trafficker (independent employment manager) and the illegals bargaining power just decreased.

The smoldering civil war started by a stolen election is now in full view. The result is unpredictable because democrat run states are ignoring the Constitution in favor of global socialism. They want America to disappear and will do anything to make it so.

For God’s sake we can’t let the man who bungled Afghanistan;
MexiJoe Biden🇲🇽 (The UN 🇺🇳 American President) take control of the border for he’s going to get Americans killed, he’s once threatened Americans with F-16’s.
I would hope General Milley would extend Texas the same courtesy and tip them off like he would China.

Greg Abbott was injured in a wreck, sued, won $2.9 million settlement.

As governor one of his first actions was to limit such settlements to $250,000.
