Did you know that it’s suspected child abuse in Loudoun County to send your children to school in rainboots? And if your children not smiling every minute they are with you that is further evidence of abuse? That’s exactly what one elementary school used as evidence of child abuse against a Dad who wanted FOIA information that showed which teachers were the most successful and which were not. Why can’t teachers be evaluated on how how much their students are learning? Loudoun County Public Schools, teachers’ unions, and schools all over Virginia are not having it.
Read the fascinating article that explains it all here.

Wow. I had no idea of the extent that the Loudoun County School Board and administrators abused their authority and harassed Mr. Davison. Good for Brian for persevering for so long. I’ve known for a long time how disgusting LCPS has been, but this is terrible.
We need to put a statue of Brian Davison in front of the school administration building.
That may be a good idea but it can only happen if we throw the bums out and elect a whole new, Republican, School Board.
I am looking forward to those local 2023 elections.
Your retarded cousin will be here any minute Jeanine… probably call you a liar and perhaps give you a GFY…
Brian is a great guy. He stands up and I’ve seen the vilification he gets. He got a hold of Ms. Randal and that illegal stuff she did. Not only did the courts get her twice, but the $150K figure I heard it costs the taxpayers is one that should have shown how bad she is. Kudos to Brian.
This is the fundamental problem with public schools. Excellence no longer drives education – instead it is measured by diversity. Only solution is vouchers and real competition. And what the hell is a Republican majority doing caving into teacher’s unions.
Try having an all but 1 Democrat on a school board and all but one bow to their requests Warmac. SMH.
NYE massacre … SMH.
It’s the law — and the teachers’ constitutional rights. The school board must by law bargain in good faith when employees choose collective bargaining. Tyrants oppose democracy — especially workplace democracy.
