Wow. After 7 days of preparation President Biden mumbled and stumbled throughout his debate with President Trump. Even if you watch the debate without any sound the difference between Biden and Trump is obvious. Many times Joe stared off into space, mouth open, and a blank look. He looked terrible, old and confused. His voice was raspy and times hard to understand. He said very odd things like “We beat Medicare”. I can’t even guess at what Biden was trying to say. If that was the best he could do after a week of preparation, how is he doing the job of President? How can any voters think he can do the job now, much less in the future?
Even the Democrats were admitting they have a big problem.
CNN’s scroll after the vote said “Sources: Dems saying “We have a problem” after Biden’s performance tonight.”
CNN’s flash poll right after the debate asking who won:
Trump 67 Biden 33
The Drudgereport.com had this headline:
OPERATION: REPLACE BIDEN
DEMS SCRAMBLE WITH 130 DAYS TO GO!
DEBATE CATASTROPHE
Many others in both parties are asking the same question. After tonight’s debate it’s obvious that Joe won’t make it through another 4 years, or even until the election.
What happens now? If reports are true, Democrats are now scrambling to find some way to replace Biden. Will Dems be able to force Biden to withdraw from the race and tell his convention delegates to support another candidate? That will be an uphill battle. Biden is stubborn and believes he’s doing a great job. His wife and family are behind him as is Kamala. It will take an “intervention” that includes his wife, and several Democrat leaders, including Obama, to encourage Biden to drop out of the race. Is 130 days enough time to get a new candidate up and running with any chance of winning in November? And whom will they choose to replace him? How do they dodge the problem of Kamala Harris who is even more unpopular than Biden? She is clearly looking forward to being the next President.
California Governor Gavin Newsom seems to waiting in the wings to jump in as the candidate replacing Biden. But he has a terrible record in California, with an approval rating of only 44%. It would be difficult for someone that unpopular, and that far left, to run and win. Others who have been mentioned to replace Biden include Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg. Perhaps Hillary? Can any of them beat Trump in 130 days? I doubt it. It may be late to replace the Biden/Harris ticket.
It’s looking more and more like November will be a landslide election, especially if the Democrats stick with their Biden/Harris ticket. Won’t that be fun?!

Wouldn’t the new Presidential nominee get to choose his own Vice President? Bye-Bye Kamala.
One must wonder what that 33% of people who thought Biden won the debate were thinking – or were smoking.
They’re the same people who watch The View, and applaud.
What struck me was the many comments that conservative commentators and politicians made after the debate; feeling sorry for Biden. How magnanimous of y’all. Feeling sorry for a career criminal, who was on his way of totally destroying this country. A man who helped imprison J6 protesters. A man who supported BLM and Antifa rioters that killed and destroyed. And, I won’t even mention the probability of his pedophilia.
When are Republican men, unlike Republican women, going to have the ability to compete in the same arena as the Democrats?
I venture never; too many soy boys and cuckservatives.
I feel sorry for america. Biden belongs in a nursing home.
It is tough to make the final decision to retire. Most people associate retirement with final irrelevance. Now the Democrats are yet again floating the idea of replacing the incumbent Democrat party president [presumptive candidate], with a different candidate – close to the election time. And that push continues to obviate the President’s lack of relevance in making his own career decisions.
Was last night’s “performance” the final wait & see? Those people never fail in causing me to shake my head.
Given the Democrats’ increasing panic over President Joe Biden, there is a possibility the Democratics select a “dark horse” Presidential candidate without obvious negatives (e.g. Kentucky Governor Andy Bashear) instead of a clearly ambitious Democrat with obvious negatives (e.g., California Governor Gavin Newsome or Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer). The Democrats’ problem of replacing Vice President Kamala Harris is not so easily resolved given the Democratic Party’s embrace of identity politics. Perhaps Michelle Obama “drafted” as a substitute? To borrow an old phrase used to describe intelligence activities — Democratic Party politics in 2024 is “a wilderness of mirrors.”
