In the 6th district primary race between incumbent Congressman Bob Goodlatte and challenger Harry Griego the turnout so far today has been very low. At one precinct in Lynchburg the first voter arrived at noon. As of noon today the newest precinct in Harrisonburg eight voters had cast their ballot. At 1:00pm Rockingham county had a 3% turnout. The largest precinct in Rockingham county, Massanetta Springs, had 54 voters by 1:00pm.
