Last week, Democrat Presidential candidate Kamala Harris announced her running mate for Vice President: Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. You probably haven’t been watching the Harris rallies, so you may not know that Tim’s catch phrase is telling the GOP to “mind your own business”. It is ironic that Democrats, with help from their media allies, think they can run on a platform of “mind your own business”.
The progressive movement relies entirely on insinuating itself into every nook and cranny of Americans’ business. They want to make you drive only electric cars. They want to force you to pay an enormous premium for electricity from expensive, unreliable sources like wind and solar. They want to raise the minimum wage and further regulate small businesses. They want you to pay off other people’s student loans. They want to quietly drop millions of illegal immigrants into unsuspecting cities and towns and force you to pay for their care.
Voters must never forget all the Democrats forced on America during COVID: shuttered schools, empty churches, mandatory vaccines, and closed nursing homes with elderly people dying alone. The economy was shut down at the recommendation of Democrat icon and serial Congressional perjurer, Anthony Fauci, while tens of thousands of small business owners lost everything. They closed beaches and parks to keep people from gathering outside. The insanity continued when Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer, roped off the gardening aisles at Wal-Mart stores. The list goes on, and I’m sure you have your own memories of what you and your family experienced during COVID.
Here’s something you may not remember. In the midst of the pandemic, Governor Tim Walz instituted a “Snitch Line” in Minnesota, encouraging fellow citizens to report on anyone who was violating the state’s arbitrary and harsh COVID restrictions. Does that sound like someone minding their own business? In fact, when they say “mind your own business”, the Democrats are talking about only one issue: abortion. In that case, of course, pro-lifers are the ones “minding the business” of unborn babies, while Democrats seek to silence their voices forever.
When Democrats tell you that we should mind our own business, Republicans must remember just how far into other people’s business they have already ventured. Democrats want to control our lives; censor our speech; indoctrinate and damage our children; limit our access to information; defund the police; release violent criminals into our communities; and confiscate our guns. They want to “mind our business” by denying OUR freedom. Don’t let them get away with it. Talk to your neighbors, friends, and family about the values and policies that will Make America Great Again.
Winning in November is our only option!

Every Communist regime runs on having every citizen ‘mind their own business’ while enemies of the regime are herded and shipped off to prisons, or worse. I’m talking about Mao’s China, Ho Chi Minh’s Vietnam, Nazi Germany, Stalin’s Russia, Pol Pot’s Cambodia, North Korea, and on and on. The M.O. is always the same: take over the media so that only Leftist lies are broadcast, take away every citizen’s private guns, jail or kill the resisters. Government has gotten too big, too stupid, too selfish, and too incompetent here in the US and our great country is in serious peril.
The parallels to the PRC are remarkable and identifiable.
