More about Mr. Walz

The latest spin from the corporate media is that yes Mr. Walz, Kamala Harris’ VP nominee, is a progressive, but he’s a sensible progressive.  Well, let’s see what his constituents think about Mr. Walz’s record as both a Congressman and a Governor.

For the time being, we won’t discuss Mr. Walz’s DWI (OOPS) arrest, and the fact that he blew a .13, and that he tried to elude law enforcement, but that because of a sweet heart plea deal, was allowed to plead to reckless driving – we’ll come back to that another time. 

Mr. Walz was a long time Congressman from a rural District, that was trending more and more conservative.  Walz knew he’d be out of a job sooner or later.  So in 2018, Walz took on the Democrat Establishment’s golden girl Erin Murphy and AG Lori Swanson.  Walz ran as a committed hard core leftist, and along his running mate (Peggy Flanagan), won a hard fought Democrat Primary. 

Walz won in 2018 in a very Democrat year, but had one issue – the Minnesota State Senate had a GOP majority, so he could not implement his radical agenda on the good people of Minnesota.  So he waited until COVID hit, declared a state emergency (like many Governors), but unlike many Governors – shut down the state entirely, even calling for people to mask indoors.  He then had call in hotlines for people to report on their neighbors who were not keeping his edicts.  (Sounds rather Soviet style huh). 

Walz based this on the fact that the Minnesota Star Tribune reported a rather dubious survey which suggested that 75,000 Minnesotans would die from COVID.  So when only 14,870 people died from COVID in Minnesota, Walz was hailed as a hero.  Of course thousands of businesses died to never come back, persons were left in a state of depression from being separated from their loved ones for over 20 months, but that’s ok according to the leftists. 

Minnesota leads the nation in COVID fraud.  Aimee Bock, a well known leftist in Minnesota, has been charged with scamming the state of Minnesota out of $250 million.  She has not been tried yet.  Walz’s Department of Education also paid out another $250 million in fictitious meals.  They blamed this on a District Court Judge.   However it looks like Mr. Walz was actually in charge of this payout.  Not the Judge.  https://www.mncourts.gov/About-The-Courts/NewsAndAnnouncements/ItemDetail.aspx?id=2153

Mr. Walz signed a law to strip parents of their rights.  As Governor he signed a law which allowed for tampons and other menstural products to be dispensed in Minnesota schools, in both girls’ and boys’ bathrooms to make transgender students feel more comfortable. He is often referred to as Governor Tampon for this law. 

Walz, like many lefties, knew that COVID was not likely to spread itself amongst protestors, so he allowed Minneapolis-Saint Paul to be burned to the ground during the George Floyd riots.  And this while he shut down the rest of the state over COVID.  Amazing how lefties know that the virus would only spread itself amongst law abiding citizens and not rabble rousing terrorists.   And while Mr. Walz says that he took on the rioters, the evidence shows that Mr. Walz waited nearly a week until bringing in the National Guard, at the cost of $500 million to the Minnesota taxpayers.  All this while Kamala Harris was raising money to bail out those who burned down Minneapolis-Saint Paul. 

We’re not even going to mention the fact that under Mr. Walz, Minnesota is now a state that guarantees abortion as a constitutional right. Mr. Walz says that abortion is health care.  Under Walz’ regime, Minnesota is now a “trans refuge”.  Both of which also mean that Minnesota is legally prohibited from enforcing out of state subpoenas, and arrest warrants for anyone who may be violating another state’s laws on these issues but flees to Minnesota.  What if Virginia adopted a law allowing murderers seeking asylum to receive sanctuary in Virginia.  We can all agree this is a horrible trend. 

Mr. Walz is a dangerous man who should never have been let near the reins of power in Minnesota, and would help, if Kamala Harris is elected to be President.

It’s Another Time.

In September of 1995, Tim Walz was driving his Mazda at approximately 96 mph in a 55 mph zone.  When pulled over by a Minnesota state trooper, the trooper noticed the odor of alcohol.  Mr. Walz blew into the breathalyzer, and it registered a .128 – which was above the then limit of .10.  (now .08 in Minnesota).

Walz said that he was speeding because he thought someone was following him.  So  in his drunken state, Walz sped up to 96 mph, and the trial judge and DA’s office believed him, and they reduced the charge to reckless driving, and Walz paid a $250.00 fine.  Walz also claims he appeared to be drunk because of his being partially deaf, he could not understand the police officer’s commands.  (Walz claims to have gotten his hearing loss from serving in the National Guard as an artillery gunner – something that is plausible – but that does not explain the .128 BAC)

Take this for whatever you choose.  I say this as a recovering alcoholic.  Walz acted recklessly and endangered his life and the lives of others.  I hope he has learned and trust that Mr. Walz hasn’t driven drunk since.  Of course now that he lives on the taxpayer dime, he gets free limo service courtesy of the Minnesota taxpayers.
