On Sunday, former 10th District Congresswoman, Barbara Comstock, confirmed what many of us have long suspected: She has abandoned any pretense of conservative principles by endorsing Kamala Harris on CNN. Her rationale? The same tired, debunked narrative about January 6th. Like a puppet parroting Democrat talking points, she claims that Donald Trump is a “threat to democracy.”
It’s laughable—and tragic—that she’s chosen to side with a politician who’s been the epitome of failure, whether as Biden’s Border Czar or as the most liberal, left-wing Senator in America. Comstock has chosen to side with a Democrat Party that has corrupted and weaponized the legal system against Republicans, from the Department of Justice to the New York state and local legal systems, and promises to pack the Supreme Court if elected. These are real “threats to democracy”, and Barbara Comstock has just endorsed them by endorsing Kamala Harris.
Let’s not forget: Comstock rode into office on the coattails of Congressman Frank Wolf, relying on the hard work of grassroots Republicans in the 10th District. But when faced with a real challenge in 2018, she got steamrolled by Jennifer Wexton, who trounced her with 56% of the vote. And now, she’s doubling down on failure by embracing the very policies and politicians we are fighting tooth and nail to stop in November.
Before redistricting shifted me to the 11th District under the disastrous Gerry Connolly, I worked tirelessly with fellow Republicans to get Comstock across the finish line. We believed she would continue to carry the torch of conservative leadership in Northern Virginia, but instead, she turned her back on us. Her unhinged hatred of Donald Trump has clouded her judgment since 2016, and led her straight to the Left.
Barbara Comstock has made her choice. Let the Democrats welcome her with open arms, because she has nothing in common with true Republicans. The grassroots in Northern Virginia are disgusted and fed up with sellouts like Comstock, who would rather play nice with Democrats than stand up for the America First agenda. This is no time for half-measures or weak-kneed “Republicans.” It’s time to draw the line.
Winning in November is our only option!

Barabas Comstock has a lot to gain in local development $$ and she is hypocrite of the first order.
This essay says what every fair minded Republican knew all along: this woman IS a sellout going to the highest bidder. She belongs in the RINO bin along with Mitt Romney, Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Fred Upton, Tom Rice, and every other turncoat Republican who voted to impeach Trump after telling a crowd to go to Congress to voice their opinion about an obviously stolen election Peacefully and Patriotically. I deeply regret having supported her even though I knew she has always hated Trump. Wish I had never met her a turn coat, a traitor and a liar. Worked for Ds and then supposedly became a Republican to work for our Congressman Frank Wold who was and is a true patriot who loves his country and was wonderful to his constituents. He helped us all. Then she got elected because she had worked for him and we really thought she was true blue. Boy! Were were dumped stupid us.
Barbara simply has no true north. She believes in power and prestige, period. It’s very interesting that the women who lecture us about how women can do any job as well as any man and all the standard cliches over the last 30 years are falling in to support a woman of no accomplishments or real skills who lifted her hem for Willie Brown – then the most powerful Democrat in California – and became his paramour for series of well paid positions the state government. Mr Biden and Kamala have done incredible damage to the democracy – not to mention the coup that just took out the supposed President and anointed Kamala without a single vote. In the meantime who the hell is running the government? Barbara is sadly a walking billboard for exactly what has destroyed the Republican conservative movement over the last 30 years – and the complete indifference for America’s best interests that gave rise to Donald Trump and the rest of us who are sick to death of the stupidity, waste and danger of a federal government absolutely out of control.
