Many of us remember Delegate Kathy Tran’s bill (HB 2491) which would permit abortion up until the moment the birth. Tran explains her bill before the committee here. Then Governor Ralph Northam explained the bill further by saying it meant allowing the baby’s death even after birth.

Del. Elizabeth Guzman (D-31st) – PWC, Fauquier
