Los Angeles and California Democrats, upset about the fact that Donald Trump and ICE are deporting the slave class of California (illegal immigrants) have started an actual insurrection in the formerly Great State of California. Seems that California Democrats cannot live without their slave labor – oops – illegal immigrants, and thus this past weekend started an actual insurrection trying to overturn the 2024 election.
Governor Newsom (CA) has announced he will sue the USA because Trump (legally) federalized the CA National Guard to quell the riots – something neither Newsom or Mayor Bass of LA will do. See, the Democrats are ok with government buildings being destroyed, as long as it’s their people doing the destroying of property.
Mayor Bass of Los Angeles, she who cut fire department spending and put in incompetent people at the head of the LAFD, now thinks that the riots are occurring because of Tom Homan (Director of ICE) arresting people who entered into the country illegally. Homan has suggested that he will arrest Governor Newsom. Under normal circumstances we’d all be calling for cooler heads to prevail. I no longer think that cooler heads can prevail. These radical leftists all think we are the enemies of democracy. Fact is these radicals are trying to destroy the fabric of this country. So if Director Homan needs to arrest Governor Newsom to prove a point, I say let’s do it. Trump is getting ready to send in the US Marines. One Marine Regiment may have been dispatched to California by the time this email has been read.
Not to be outdone, Democrats and their enablers in the legacy media are calling what is occurring in Los Angeles “mostly peaceful protests”. Clowns like NJ Senator Cory Booker have publicly stated: “Trump is trying to incite violence at mostly peaceful protests”. Mayor Bass, Newsom, and CA Senator Adam Schiff have all said there is little to no violence. CNN has said that the riots are “lawful” but had “some unrest”. Another legacy clown named Juliette Kayyem, called Trump’s taking over the California National Guard “unprecedented”. Of course this has happened many times in US history. However during the Canada COVID demonstrations, this some woman called for protestors to have their tires slashed. Aka these people love violence when it furthers their own aims.
However the LA Police Chief (Jim McDonnell) , he who is trying to keep residents safe, has said the violence is increasing. McDonnell is trying to do the right thing here, and is showing respect to ICE agents.
And these mostly peaceful protestors (Democrats words not mine) are now shooting commercial grade fireworks at the LAPD Officers. Chief McDonnell has said that LAPD may have to consider working with the CA National Guard. This man has guts.
Democrats cannot stand the fact that Republicans are leading the country in the way that a majority of the country wants. We’ve toned down inflation, we’ve secured the border. The country is no longer on the brink of a recession. We are prosperous and once again respected through the world. We are deporting illegal alien criminals. All Democrats can do is say is that they’re collective feelings are hurt. And to paraphrase Gone With the Wind – Frankly I don’t give a damn.

Trump is correct. As usual. His actions are covered in full by the The insurrection Act of 1807:
Insurrection Act of 1807
Great Seal of the United States
Long title An Act authorizing the employment of the land and naval forces of the United States, in cases of insurrections
Enacted by the 9th United States Congress
Effective March 3, 1807

Public law 9-39

Legislative history
Signed into law by President Thomas Jefferson on March 3, 1807

The Insurrection Act of 1807 is the U.S. federal law that empowers the president of the United States to nationally deploy the U.S. military and to federalize the National Guard units of the individual states in specific circumstances, such as the suppression of civil disorder, of insurrection, and of armed rebellion against the federal government of the U.S.[1] The Insurrection Act provides a statutory exception to the Posse Comitatus Act (1878) that limits the president’s deploying the U.S. military to enforce either civil law or criminal law within the United States.[2][3]
After invoking and before exercising the powers authorized under the Insurrection Act, Title 10 U.S.C. § 254 requires the publication of a presidential proclamation whereby the U.S. President formally orders the dispersion of the peoples committing civil unrest or armed rebellion. The Defense Department guidelines define “homeland defense” as a constitutional exception to the restrictions of the Posse Comitatus Act, therefore, the political, military, and police measures necessary to protect national security from external threats are exceptions to the restrictions of the act.[2][4]
Note the most salient sentence: “The Insurrection Act provides a statutory exception to the Posse Comitatus Act (1878) that limits the president’s deploying the U.S. military to enforce either civil law or criminal law within the United States.”
