Partisanship of Voting Methods

written by Jeanine Martin November 9, 2023

From VPAP.org:

Republican efforts to increase early voting increased their performance with mail and in-person early ballots. Republican Election Day voting decreased slightly from last year and remains below the 2021 level.

IMHO, mail-in voting is where the fraud is and that is why we see disproportionately large numbers for Democrats there, and why we need to nearly eliminate it. It is hard to commit voter fraud in person. It’s easier with a mail-in ballot.

You now have the option to request a permanent mail-in ballot in Virginia. So the election will office will automatically send you one every year. You don’t have to request it. It just shows up. So, even dead people will get ballots.

Bullshit.

The right to be a permanent recipient of a mail-in ballot has been on the books for years. The only difference is that in the past, voters exercising this option had to renew annually. Now, you sign up once and done, no need to renew.

You clearly have no idea how mail-in ballots work — bar code tracking, signature verification, tracking from the moment the registrar puts it in the mail until the ballot is returned.

Twice a month the Dept of Health sends to the Dept of Elections all death certificates issued in the preceding two weeks after which Dept of elections removes those people from the voting rolls.

I realize that facts are inconvenient to liars, but, facts are facts.

As I just said, NOW you can opt to have the ballot sent automatically every year. That wasn’t possible before and it makes the situation ripe for fraud. Even if death certificates are processes every 2 weeks, it stands as a true statement that there will be ballots cast by people who are dead by election day and that people who die running up to an election will still receive ballots. If that ballot is completed by a relative or someone else and sent it, will it be pulled out from the system and not counted? No, once a fraudulent ballot is in the system there is no way to remove it. Democrats have been using nursing homes to harvest ballots for eons. They fill out the paperwork for the diminished patients, get the ballots, fill them in for them, and return them. Having a permanent auto-send make the fraudsters life easier. Mail in voting should be restricted to those who are unable to physically show up to vote, which is a very small segment of the population.
