Proposed redistricting maps have been submitted to the Virginia Supreme Court for Congress, the House of Delegates, and the state senate can be found here.
The proposed Congressional map:

This map puts current Congresswomen Abagail Spanberger (D-7) and Jennifer Wexton (D-10) both in the 10th district. Rep. Spanberger would be 50 miles from her current seat in the 7th district.
One of several Republican contenders in the 7th district, state Senator Bryce Reeves, has announced he will now be running for Congress in the 10th district. He has already represented parts of the district in his Senate seat, including Orange, Albemarle, Culpepper, and Spotsylvania counties.
Jeanine Lawson, a Supervisor in Prince William County, and currently a candidate in the 10th district, would need to move just a few miles to be a resident in the new 10th district. A candidate for Congress need not live in the district they represent but most do.

Two public hearings to be held on these proposed maps, details here.
