The Foundation for a Secure and Prosperous America [FSPA], a 501(c)4 organization, run by former John McCain Consultant Rick Reed immediately announced an ad buy designed to paint Paul as unreasonable on foreign policy and working in concert with Obama. Â As a 501(c)4, the FSPA does not have to report its donors, as long as it is not advocating for the election or defeat of a particular candidate. Â The FSPA does have to make its tax filings available at its headquarters, the location ofÂ which appears to be purposefully obscured. Â I’ll be following up with FSPA shortly.
