Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 20, starting at 1PM, the State Board of Elections will hold a public hearing on their proposal to accept Absentee Ballots that are returned after Election Day with a missing or illegible postmark.
With no proof that these ballots were mailed by Election Day — as Virginia law requires — you can imagine the potential for chaos and fraud following November 3.
