Chairman Anderson’s statement:
“My family and I sincerely thank President Trump for nominating me to the United States Senate for confirmation as his Assistant Secretary of the Air Force. I am grateful to the President for his trust and confidence, which follows my 30 years of military service in the Air Force, the last eight at the Pentagon.
“President Trump’s nomination is also a reflection of the amazing electoral successes that our party has had in Virginia over the last four years. It conveys his confidence in the work done by the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV) and local grassroots Republicans who serve in our 125 local GOP committees. The Spirit of Virginia that Republicans have exemplified over the last four years has served our Commonwealth well and will be central to GOP successes going forward.
“Because the timing of my Senate Armed Services Committee confirmation hearing and a final vote by the full Senate is yet to be determined, the date of my departure as RPV chair is not yet settled. Accordingly, RPV will soon announce next steps in a way that permits an orderly transfer of authority and responsibility.”

Meanwhile, let’s check in on Trump’s progress in deporting 11 million “illegal aliens.”
As of Friday, March 7, 40 “illegal immigrants” had been processed through Gitmo, leaving the facility empty — except for the 400 US military and an unknown number of ICE personnel who were guarding the empty facility.
These 40 people were rounded up, flown to Gitmo, processed, and returned to their home country AT A COST OF SIXTEEN MILLION DOLLARS — that’s $16,000,000 to deport 40 people
How about one of you geniuses do the match and calculate the cost of deporting even one million people at the rate of $16,000,000 per 40 people.
