Tonight the Republican State Central Committee voted for a drive-in convention in Lynchburg on May 8th beginning at 9:00 am. Liberty University will provide up to 25,000 parking spaces for the convention. Delegates would vote by ranked-choice. The motion was introduced by Willie Deutsch and it was approved by a vote of 37 to 31 with 6 abstaining.
