Sids or Vids–That is the question

written by Dr. Robert Warren January 2, 2026

Most of us are aware of SIDS, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, where a seemingly perfectly healthy baby passes away in their sleep.  The question raised by a recent Children’s Health Defense study using Louisiana infant immunization and death records raises the possibility that SIDS isn’t just SIDS but may be in some substantial number of infant mortality cases be VIDS, Vaccinated Infant Death Syndrome.

The study, done by Dr. Karl Jablonski and Dr Brian Hooker of Children’s Health Defense and entitled “Increased Mortality Associated with 2-Moth old Infant Vaccinations”, looked at records from 1225 infants who died before they reached the age of three.  The study specifically compared infants vaccinated to infants unvaccinated during the two months after birth.

The alarming conclusion of this study was that infants vaccinated at 2 months of age had a higher risk of death in the following months.  A baby who received all six recommended 2 month vaccines had a 68% higher odds of death over all.  Significantly, combination vaccines produced the strongest mortality signals.

The conclusion of the study is that vaccinated babies show both higher rates of chronic diseases and infant deaths.  (Notably, race and sex differences did have an impact on increasing the odds of VIDS.)

It is important to note that this is not specifically related to the concerns about mRNA based vaccines but about the general vaccine schedule for all diseases.  It should no longer be assumed that vaccines are benign just because they have not been proven injurious.  It is now important to consider that every particular vaccine whether individually given or in combination must be proven to be benign.

Thank you, RFK, JR, for opening up inquiry rather than allowing it to be shutdown. to protect organizations, agencies and profits.

Children’s Health Defense (CHD) is an American 501(c)(3) nonprofit activist group mainly known for anti-vaccine advocacy and is one of the main sources of misinformation on vaccines. Founded as World Mercury Project in 2007 by Eric Gladen, it was chaired by lawyer Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from 2015 to 2023. Kennedy remains as the primary representative of the group.

The group has campaigned against various public health programs, such as vaccination and fluoridation of drinking water. The group has contributed to vaccine hesitancy in the United States, encouraging citizens and legislators to support anti-vaccine regulations and legislation,[8][9] although arguments against vaccination are contradicted by general scientific consensus.

The group’s US$15-million budget is funded through donations from individuals (both directly and anonymized through foundations) and affiliate marketing revenues.

Seems to me this is shoot the messenger commentary just like what is happening to Nick Shirley and the Somali fraud. Seems to me if you intend to discredit the report, you should focus on the report and its failures. Personally, I have believed for a long time that constant vaccinations in childhood can become injurious. Further, the mRNA COVID vaccine dangers are no longer conjecture. It is long past due for a thorough investigation of the vaccine schedule.
