On Saturday afternoon in Western Loudoun Republican Juan Pablo Segura had his kickoff for his run for state Senate to replace retiring Senator Jill Vogel in the 31st district. Hundreds of people turned out, so many that they were forced to use overflow parking lots, with police helping to manage the traffic. More on Segura here. His kickoff speech can be viewed here.
Segura is the founder and President of BabyScripts a company designed to help new mothers and their babies.
